From 20th May to 9th June 2026, the Via Zirardini Open-Air Gallery will come alive with colour thanks to PERSONAE. MOSTRA COLLETTIVA DI COLLAGE, a participatory art project conceived by the widespread collective of collage artists Colleria, as part of the 2026 Festival of Cultures.
The exhibition stems from the creative workshop held during the 2025 Festival of Cultures, ‘Beyond Conflict’, involving people of different ages and backgrounds in a programme dedicated to collage as a tool for expression and dialogue.
By juxtaposing images, symbols and cultural references from vastly different backgrounds, the participants have created unexpected portraits, capable of weaving together differences, imaginaries and visual languages.
The result is a series of hybrid, ironic and deeply contemporary works: new faces that tell the story of an open society, where diversity becomes an opportunity for connection, exchange and coexistence.
Thus, posters, faces and visual fragments transform the urban space into a collective narrative made up of encounters, fusions and identities in dialogue.
