TO THE DISCOVERY OF THE 8th BIENNIAL OF CONTEMPORARY MOSAIC is a walking tour in the historical centre of Ravenna to the discovery of the main exhibition spaces characterising the 8th Biennial of Contemporary Mosaic.

An exhibition where mosaic and design meet and give life to the creation of new and special objects of interior design. Six designers selected by the curator Maria Cristina Didero have designed objects that were then realised in mosaic by mosaic workshops of Ravenna.

Exhibition of the works participating in the contest organised by the MAR – Ravenna Art Museum and dedicated to young artists under 35 who deal with mosaic as a technique, a language and a metaphor.

Opere dal Mondo – La luce del nero e dell’oro
An exhibition that has become a constant point of reference, an international event capable of showing the artistic production of mosaic artists from different countries and cultures. This year’s edition presents mosaic works from 17 different countries, paying homage to Alberto Burri on the occasion of the exhibition BurriRavennaOro.
