On Sunday 26th May, in the frame of the special programme of ROMAGNA IN FIORE, the fascinating area around Torraccia hosts Daniele Silvestri in Il cantastorie recidivo, a show on the 30th-year career of the famous Italian singer-songwriter.
One year after the flooding that hit Romagna, Ravenna Festival dedicates part of its 35th edition to some of the most terribly involved areas, with a series of free concerts to highlight their spirit of resilience.
Romagna in fiore is a special programme of events in various locations, with afternoon concerts without great stages or artificial lights, in open-air spaces telling peculiar stories and reachable on foot or by bike.
In Ravenna, Romagna in fiore takes over the area of Torraccia (between Classe and Lido di Dante), in a land owned by C.A.B. TER.RA., an agricultural cooperative that generously saved the city from the advance of water sacrificing hectares of breeding ground to make water drain.
