For the first time, and on Italian preview, The Philip Glass Ensemble will be kicking off the 31st edition of Ravenna Festival on 3 June
Pioneer of minimalist and experimental music, The Philip Glass Ensemble will be hitting the spotlight of the arena Pala de Andrè, performing the soundtracks of ‘Koyaanisqatsi’, a film with no plot nor dialogues that takes you on a journey – from nature to human intervention, and the consquent chaotic way of living, that finds in its minimalist, innovative and experimental soundtrack an even deeper understanding.
