From 31st May to 5th July 2026, as part of the fifth edition of the Coconino Fest, the MAR – Art Museum of the City of Ravenna is hosting REBELS, an exhibition presenting a selection of original artwork by leading figures in the international contemporary comic art scene.
The artists on display include David Prudhomme, Luz, Miki Yamamoto, Olivier Schrauwen and Miguel Vila.
The works on display employ different styles but address common themes such as freedom, identity, rebellion and societal change.
The exhibition takes visitors on a journey through personal stories and narratives linked to history, demonstrating how comics can serve as a tool for understanding the present and reflecting on the reality around us.
Opening on Saturday 30th May at 7 pm.
