From 13th to 28th June, as part of the fourth edition of the Coconino Fest, the Manica Lunga of the Classense Library hosts LA GRANDE RIMOZIONE, an exhibition dedicated to Roberto Grossi‘s graphic novel.
La Grande Rimozione, awarded Best Graphic Novel of 2024 by Internazionale, is a compelling graphic essay that reads like a novel. It sheds new light on the issue of climate change and environmental disaster.
Through careful research and the power of personal memory, Grossi connects the crisis to the major political and social questions of our time, urging each of us to take action for the survival of humanity.
One presentation will be dedicated to the preview of the volume Swept Away by Black Rain by Nakazawa Keiji, in which the great mangaka recounts his experience as a survivor of the Hiroshima bombing (this year marks the 80th anniversary of the event).
Another talk will address the potential dangers linked to the development of artificial intelligence.
