From 23rd to 29th September, Ravenna hosts the IX edition of SOUNDSCREEN FILM FESTIVAL, an international festival dedicated to cinema and music.
From tv series to documentaries, from biopics to musicals, the festival will take place in Cinema Mariani, for a week of screenings and events in the name of the relationship between images and sounds.
The spotlight of this edition is on the previews of the International Competition for Feature Films and the original Satellite Events – during which the best contemporary indie bands add sound to the great classic silent films.
The programme also features the International Competition for Short Films, SoundscreenER, a space with in-theatre guests dedicated to Emilia-Romagna productions, including the exciting documentary Arrivederci Berlinguer!, previews and tributes.
