From 3rd to 30th March 2026, the Via Zirardini Open-Air Gallery will host the exhibition WOMEN IN ART. A COLLECTION OF IMAGES DEDICATED TO WOMEN IN THE HISTORY OF RAVENNA, who have left a significant mark on Ravenna’s cultural life.
The 2026 edition pays tribute to the protagonists of art: singers, painters, mosaicists, researches and disseminators who, through their work, have been able to narrate art and ensure its knowledge, transmission and continuity over time.
A tribute that intertwines memory and identity, enhancing the local cultural heritage and highlighting its richness.
The exhibition offers a visual journey designed to bring stories of talent, dedication and passion back to the public, offering a renewed perspective on the contribution of women in building the cultural identity of the city.
The project is curated by Ravenna Tourism, in collaboration with Rosetta Berardi and Serena Simoni, and is part of the city’s broader commitment to promoting its historical and artistic heritage and the personalities who have marked its history.
A highly anticipated and well-attended event, capable of combining cultural dissemination and urban space, transforming the city into a place of storytelling and shared memory.
