The unique and inimitable nationally renowned tour of the most important artisan masters chocolatiers of ART & CIOCC® returns to Ravenna, from Friday 13th to Sunday 15th November, and will fill up Piazza del Popolo with sweetness, with many stands and chocolate proposals of all tastes and shapes.
A great festival dedicated to chocolate where you can taste the most mouth-watering regional specialties, along with small and large chocolate objects and sculptures: unique works of art for a super tasty experience for eyes and palate.
Truffles, pralines and dragées, ganache flavoured with fruit and spices, cremini, all made with authentic Tonda Gentile delle Langhe hazelnuts. There will also be a selection of Sicilian and Neapolitan pastries, such as sfogliatella, babà and cannoli filled to order with cream and chopped pistachios, as well as ‘to-go’ treats such as strawberry sticks dipped in chocolate fountains, available in dark, milk, white and pistachio varieties.
