The XXXVI edition of the RAVENNA FESTIVAL returns with its rich programme of events including music, dance and theatre from 21st May to 12th July 2026.
The opening concert of the Festival will take place on May 21st, with Anne Sophie-Mutter as soloist alongside the Royal Philarmonic Orchestra conducted by Vasily Petrenko.
On Friday, June 12th, the hypnotic choreography by Sadeck Berrabah Murmuration Level2 awaits audiences at the Pala de André.
On June 30th Riccardo Muti takes the podium and leads his Cherubini Orchestra on a journey through Verdi, Manuel de Falla and Ravel.
This year, it is also time for the Festival to return to Rocca Brancaleone, with an all-stars jazz evening featuring Stefano Bollani, Enrico Rava, Paolo Fresu, Roberto Gatto and others on June 6th, and with Fantasia in Concert Live to Film, featuring the Cherubini Orchestra conducted by Thiago Tiberio in the soundtrack of highlights from the beloved Disney classics Fantasia and Fantasia 2000, projected on a large screen, on July 6th.
There will also be many theatre titles, starting with the Grande Teatro in Lido Adriano from 10th to 14th June at CISIM in Lido Adriano.
Not to be missed is the special programme Romagna in fiore, hosted in some of the places affected by the 2023 flood in Romagna, with afternoon concerts without large stages and artificial lights in places of great naturalistic interest.
Finally, there is no shortage of “out-of-town” events in Cervia-Milano Marittima, at the Pavaglione in Lugo and at Palazzo S. Giacomo in Russi.
