The unique and inimitable ART & CIOCC®, the nationally renowned tour of the most important master chocolatiers, from Thursday 17th November to Sunday 20th November, will fill up Piazza del Popolo with sweetness, thanks to the many stalls selling chocolate of all flavours and shapes.
Piazza del Popolo will be the right place to taste the most mouth-watering regional specialties, along with small and large chocolate objects and sculptures: unique works of art, a true feast for the eyes and palate, with an eye to health and well-being.
Special attention is also paid to different dietary needs and choices, for which gluten-free, organic, vegan, sugar-free chocolate and sweets will be available, as well as fine raw chocolate, that does not undergo the roasting process and thus retains nutrients such as vitamins and minerals that are less resistant to the heat.
