The itineraries of MOSAICO DI NOTTE are back again this year to liven up the streets of Ravenna, where the most beautiful monuments of the city have been opened in the summer evenings to tourists and art lovers alike for more than 20 years.
From July 1st to August 31st, a series of guided tours will take you to the discovery of some of the most charming places of the city and the thousand-year-old masterpieces that they preserve.
The tour taking place on Wednesdays (in Italian and English) leads to the Basilica of Sant’Apollinare Nuovo, the Mausoleum of Galla Placidia and the Basilica of San Vitale.
On Fridays instead you will have the possibility to take part in two different tours (in Italian). The first one leads to the Mausoleum of Galla Placidia, the Basilica of San Vitale, the National Museum of Ravenna and the Domus of the Stone Carpets. The second one leads to the Arian Baptistery, the National Museum of Ravenna and the Domus of the Stone Carpets.
The programme also features some special appointments to learn more about the history of Ravenna and its historic-artistic monumental.
ON WEDNESDAYS

Extraordinary evening opening on Fridays
In July and August, on Friday evenings the whole complex of San Vitale, made up of the Basilica of San Vitale, the Mausoleum of Galla Placidia and the National Museum of Ravenna are open to everyone (upon purchase of the entrance ticket).
