On the occasion of the Biennial of Contemporary Mosaic, from 18th October 2025 to 18th January 2026, the Arts & New Media Room, inside MAR – Ravenna Art Museum, will host an exhibition dedicated to MATYLDA TRACEWSKA – UNO DEI MONDI. PIETRE SENSIBILI E OMOLOGIE INATTESE.
Curated by Eleonora Savorelli, it presents a new body of work created during the artist and curator’s residency at the Muséum national d’Histoire naturelle (MNHN) in Paris in September 2025.
The artist’s research, conducted together with the museum’s scientists, revolves around stromatolites, cosmogony and anthropogony. Once the exhibition in Ravenna has ended, it will move to Paris, where it will be open to visitors in March 2026 at the Institut Bibliothèque Polonaise de Paris.
