It deals with tourist information and reception, organises entertainment activities and promotes Ravenna and its territory.

Events and Palazzo Rasponi
The EVENTS OFFICE organises entertainment events and festivals, offering consultation and assistance to those who organise – either directly or in joint participation – important events on the territory.
The staff deals with the logistics management of events in public spaces and draws up the event calendar supportin the activities of tourist information.
It also manages the spaces of Palazzo Rasponi dalle Teste for the realisation of events.

Promotion, tourist information and reception
The PROMOTION OFFICE handles the distribution of printed materials, the relationships with media and with tourism-related organisations.
It organises educational tours and workshops for the promotion of the territory. It provides assistance to news and television crews.
In Ravenna there are nine Tourist Information Offices scattered around the territory: one is located in the city centre (Piazza San Francesco, 7) and is open all-year-round, nine are located in the beach towns and are open from June to September.
They deal with tourist information and reception and are managed also thanks to a private partner providing commercial services such as guided tours, tickets for events or public transport, merchandising.
