On Saturday 8th October, the lights in Ravenna turn on for NOTTE D’ORO. Guided tours, exhibitions, extraordinary evening openings of the monuments and much more will enliven the historical centre of the city with a wide programme of events.
This year’s edition takes place in conjunction with the inauguration of the 7th Biennial of Contemporary Mosaic (www.biennalemosaicoravenna.it) that will fill the city up with a rich programme of events between ancient and contemporary art.

Maurizio Lastrico‘s shows are the result of his interactions with the public. His experimentation with spoken language originates from the observation of various contexts, which are also very different from each other: pubs, among grumblings and cliches; parishes, theaters hosting the great classics, schools (including acting ones); countrysides and cities.
This monologue will undoubtedly feature his famous hendecasyllables along the lines of Dante, mixing sublime and humble tones, ironically telling everyday accidents.
The show will also include his well-known condensed stories, where omissions create very sharp and funny puns.

Spime.im uses technology, three-dimensional art and electronic music to realise immersive audio-video experiences that explore the boundaries of identity, substance and perception, in a world where our virtual doppelgängers take a more and more intense and inclusive position.
Spime.im (Davide Tomat, Gabriele Ottino, Marco Casolati, Matteo Marson) is an art collective that aims to examine, through transmedia projects, aesthetics and languages derived from the establishment of digital reality.
