The Ravennino is the chocolate candy from Ravenna, presented at the 2011 ART&CIOCC, created by Maitre Chocolatier Valter Pavanetto to celebrate the well-established marriage between chocolate and the town of Ravenna.
Its ingredients are two traditional local products: the roasted pine nut and the salt. It was produced in two varieties: one with milk chocolate, the other with dark chocolate.
