Romagna meat and vegetable sauce (Ragù a la rumagnôla)

Ingredients
• 200 gr. of minced pork;
• 200 gr. of minced beef;
• 100 gr. of pork sausage;
• 100 gr. of fresh bacon;
• 100 gr. of carrots;
• 100 gr. of celery;
• 100 gr. of onions;
• salt and pepper;
• 300 gr. of peeled tomatoes;
• 2 dl. dry white wine;
• 3 cl. olive oil.

Preparation time
30 minutes for preparation + 1 hour cooking

How to prepare
Fry the herbs in olive oil (optional butter), add bacon, sausage and the rest of the minced meat. Pour the meat with white wine and let evaporate. Add the crushed tomatoes and cook over low heat for 1 hour.
